How to Tell if a Guy Likes you - Five Signs He's Interested

How can you tell if a guy likes you or is interested? You noticed him when you were standing and talking with a friend. You think he noticed you, but maybe it was your imagination or just wishful thinking. He looked at you at about the same time you saw him. Your eyes met for just a few seconds, and then you looked away. When you looked back up, he was talking with some other people. Was he watching you as you mingled? Or were you making that up? How can you tell if a guy likes you? Why are guys so hard to read?

Here are five signs that he is interested in you too. If any of the following happens, he is probably trying to get close enough to ask you out:

1. He tells someone

Is he interested? He likes you if he tells a mutual friend that he wants to know more about you, or he asks other people who you are and where you're from. He is trying to act like he's "just asking" but his questions indicate more than a casual interest. And when he tells someone that he finds you attractive, he probably knows that it will get back to you. He's hoping it does.

2. The look

He gives you a look that betrays his calm exterior. Even though he is across the room, "that look" he has says it all. It is sweeping, from your head to your toes, and then his eyes linger on yours. You think you notice the beginning of a tentative smile.
3. The conversation

Does he like you? When he manages to get close enough to you, to ask you questions, he is interested. He appears to be listening and responds to what you say. He's moving in to the ultimate question, which is: "Are you seeing anyone." He would only ask this question if he wanted to date you, and he hopes the answer is "No." Never ever wear a ring in public. When a guy is across the room, he cannot tell which finger it is on and he may assume incorrectly that you are taken. If he doesn't ask you the question of whether or not you are attached, he may ask someone whom you both know.

4. He appears unexpectedly

He likes you a lot if he shows up out of nowhere. He can only do that if he has been asking people about your schedule, or he has been paying attention to where you are going and at what time. His face may turn red when he sees you. A sudden, "Oh, hi," is his way of saying, "I don't want to seem obvious, but I am interested in you." If you feel the same way, do not act shy. Stop and talk to him.

5. EVERYONE likes you

Is he interested? When you are well liked and a happy person, why wouldn't he like you? Of course he does. If you don't have a great life, however, now is your time to start working on one. Take a look at your career possibilities, body image, future, plans, and resources. You may be naturally talented at something, but it won't matter unless you work on your strengths. Misused or unused talents fade away. School and training do not.

These are the five signs that he is interested and he is on the verge of asking you out. Make it easy for him and be friendly. This is where relationships begin.

Do you want to know more secrets about how to attract men? Do you know how to dress, what to say, what to do, and the body language to use when you go out? Do you know the 5 steps to take to meet any guy anywhere? Read on to discover all the secrets to having all the dates you want in How To Attract Men: Secrets Every Woman Should Know

Working Visa In Canada Work Permit

Closure of the Tier 1 Post Study Work route confirmed!

The UK Border Agency has announced the closure of the Tier 1 PSW route. From April 2012 graduate students will no longer be able to apply for leave to remain in the UK following the award of their degree unless they have an offer of a graduate job from a sponsoring employer under Tier 2 of the points-based system. The sponsors will have unlimited access to certificates of sponsorships to allocate to migrants. However, applicants must switch to Tier 2 category prior to the expiry of their current Tier 4/Student visa. Migrants will have to meet the Tier 2 requirements, except for the Resident Labour Market Test.

The government has also announced its intention to develop a new entrepreneur route for bright and innovative students who have a business idea and want to make it work in the UK. The Home Secretary said:

'International students not only make a vital contribution to the UK economy but they also help make our education system one of the best in the world. But it has become very apparent that the old student visa regime failed to control immigration and failed to protect legitimate students from poor-quality colleges. The changes I am announcing today re-focus the student route as a temporary one, available to only the brightest and best. The new system is designed to ensure students come for a limited period, to study, not work, and make a positive contribution while they are here. I am delighted to announce that, alongside our stricter rules, we will ensure that innovative student entrepreneurs who are creating wealth are able to stay in the UK to pursue their ideas.'

There will also be an overhaul revamp to the Tier 4 Scheme as follows:

From April 2012, any institution wanting to sponsor students will need to be classed as a Highly Trusted sponsor, and will need to become accredited by a statutory education inspection body by the end of 2012. The current system does not require this, and has allowed too many poor-quality colleges to become sponsors.

Students coming to study at degree level will need to speak English at an 'upper intermediate' (B2) level, rather than the current 'lower intermediate' (B1) requirement. UK Border Agency staff will be able to refuse entry to students who cannot speak English without an interpreter, and who therefore clearly do not meet the minimum standard.

Students at universities and publicly funded further education colleges will retain their current work rights, but all other students will have no right to work. We will place restrictions on work placements in courses outside universities.

Only postgraduate students at universities and government-sponsored students will be able to bring their dependants. At the moment, all students on longer courses can bring their dependants.

There will be a limit on the overall time that can be spent on a student visa to 3 years at lower levels (as it is now) and 5 years at higher levels. At present, there is no time limit for study at or above degree level.

Unfortunately, the details of will only be fully known after a statement of changes to the Immigration Rules is published on 31 March 2001.

Working In Australia As A Doctor

The health system in Australia is largely a government funded, public healthcare system. It is of a very high standard, but is supplemented in part by a private healthcare system(funded by private paying patients, and health insurance companies). It is not mandatory to have health insurance in Australia, as all citizens, and permanent residents are covered by Medicare, which is a federally funded system. Most employment as a doctor in Australia is in a public hospital. There are different terms used in each region, but essentially there are four levels of doctor.

Interns are undergoing a supervised training year

Residents are fully registered doctors, working in a general rotational position in a hospital

Registrars are taking part in a specialty training program

Consultants are qualified specialists

Getting started

There are several steps to prepare for working in Australia as a doctor. The first step we suggest is to contact us to discuss your individual needs, and considerations - as each person is different, and requires a unique path to employment as a doctor in Australia.

We recommend printing out our Pathways to working in Australia flowchart to follow before reading through this article.

1. English language competency

If you come from a non-english speaking background, you will be required show proficiency in written and spoken english. This is generally achieved by completing the IELTS examination (with a minimum score of 7 in each element), or the alternative Occupational English Test.

You must meet this requirement before registering with the Australian Medical Council, or applying for a position in Australia. There are some exemptions to completing this requirement, for example, receiving secondary schooling in English. We can help you determine whether you are eligible for an exemption.

2. Determine your registration pathway

The Australian Medical Council (AMC) oversees the entry of international medical graduates into the Australian system. There are several pathways to medical registration in Australia. It is important to review the information on the AMC website to determine which pathway is best for you.

The competent authority pathway is one of the most straightforward ways to become registered in Australia. If your primary medical training was undertaken any of these countries, you are generally not required to complete any examinations to start work in Australia:

- United States of America

- United Kingdom

- Canada

- New Zealand

- Ireland

The standard pathway requires that you complete a multiple choice examination before commencing work in an Australian state. For eligibility for general (full/unrestricted) registration, you will be required to sit a further examination - however you are able to work in a supervised job before this time.

The specialist pathway is for doctors who are trained as a medical specialist in their home country. This pathway is also dependent on the relevant specialist medical colleges in Australia - as they will be the body responsible for assessing your qualifications and experience before recommending you to be registered in Australia.

Through a paper assessment, referee checks, and interviews, the specialist medical college assessing your application will review:

-your experience

-the relevancy and consistency of your specialist training with the Australian model

-the need for further training, supervision, and/or examinations

There are a number of outcomes which can occur as a result of this assessment process, including full recognition (which is rare), provisional fellowship, or be denied fellowship of the college. Before pursing this avenue, we recommend that you discuss it with us, or the specialist medical college - before applying. Some colleges have more involved processes than others, and the application fees can be very costly (whether or not your application is successful or not)

3. Register with the AMC

Once you have determined the appropriate pathway for you, you will be required to register with the AMC. To do this, you will need to provide very detailed information about your experience and training. You will also be required to provide certified copies of relevant documents (such as your medical degree, etc). It is very important that you send exactly what the AMC require, as not doing so will result in delays to your application.

Once you have completed the registration process, the AMC will progress your application - depending on the pathway you have chosen by:

-scheduling the AMC MCQ examination or

-forwarding your application to a specialist medical college

-advising you that you are eligible for the competent authority pathway

Note that the AMC does not deal with medical registration matters. Medical registration administered by the individual state medical boards, the rules vary from state to state. When you apply for a position in Australia, the medical recruitment company or hospital you are dealing with will generally assist you through the registration process.

4. Apply for a position

When applying for positions, you have the option of registering with a medical recruitment agency, or applying for positions directly with employers.

When working with a medical recruitment agency, we recommend that you carry out a careful evaluation of the available agencies, and choose one agency. It will inevitably cause problems for your job applications if there are multiple applications in for one job from different agencies. Similarly, should you choose to apply to employers directly, we advise that you do not engage a medical recruitment agency at the same time.

When applying for positions directly with employers, it is best to access the websites of the individual state health departments to review vacant positions. Junior medical positions are generally advertised in July/August for commencement in January the following year.

There are a number of benefits to working with a medical recruitment agency:

- it is free to you

- the agency will spend time finding you a position rather than you doing it yourself, and then negotiate the best package for you

- the agency will complete the processes required for your medical registration and working visa

- medical recruitment agencies have contacts in health services around Australia, and are able to access the hidden, unadvertised job market.

5. Application to medical board

There are a number of types of medical registration available to international medical graduates. There is variation between the individual state medical boards, so it is advisable to review the policies of the state you are to be employed in.

Broadly speaking, the class of medical registration you apply for is consistent with the AMC pathway you choose (i.e. specialist, standard, competent authority).

Generally, the employer (or their representative - for example, medical recruitment agency) will make an application for sponsorship to the medical board. Following that, you will be required to complete an application for registration for the relevant pathway. At this time, you will be required to supply documentation supporting your application (such as AMC certificates, IELTS, etc). It generally takes 4-8 weeks for this application to be finalised. Some candidates (especially standard pathway applicants) will be required to undertake a Pre-employment Structured Clinical Interview (PESCI).

6. 457 Long Stay Business Visa

The 457 Long Stay Business visa is the recommended means of entry into Australia for most doctors. There may be other visas more appropriate for you, so Beat Medical works with a registered migration agent to ensure the visa process is handled professionally and expediently. There are several stages to the visa application, including a medical, and a number of documents to complete. Beat Medical, or your employer will assist with the process.

There are several stages which you need to follow to work in Australia as a doctor. Some of the areas can be complex, and may even seem daunting at first.

Keep in mind, however, that thousands of people before you have come to work in Australia, and many even choose to stay here.

How To Get Visitor Visa For Canada

Going to Europe? Get a Schengen Visa

The Schengen Visa Application form is necessary for those who may wish to travel freely in any European Union country. This type of visa was introduced in 1995 and allows visitors to pass freely into and out of many of the 00004000 small European countries.

Countries: There are 15 countries that acknowledge the Schengen Visa. These include Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden. With the exception of Iceland andNorway all of the countries are European Union members.

Travel Methods: The Schengen Visa allows people to travel by train, road or inside the country by plane. This special visa put an end to the numerous stops at checkpoints for each country's borders. Many travelers find the Schengen visa had improved European travel.
Application: Schengen applications are available from every country. These specialty visas are confusing. Having your itinerary in hand when contacting the embassy of your point of entry country is helpful. If you are planning to visit many countries on your trip to Europe, your application must include them. Schengen applications are available online at no cost.

Fees: Each country sets its own fees for this special visa. Additional fees may be required depending on how many countries you will be visiting. All fees must be paid in full prior to receiving this visa. Contacting the embassy or consulate will help you pre-plan and avoid last minute problems and fees.

Documentation: In addition to documents like a valid passport that has a minimum of three months before expiration, financial disclosure and employment information may be required. You may also be asked for your itinerary. You may also need confirmation of your motel or hotel reservations. Providing this information ensures that you will not become a burden to the country you are visiting.

Photographs: A Schengen Visa requires two photographs. Like passport photos they must be two inches by two inches of just your head and shoulders. All persons traveling with you are required to have a Schengen visa. Take extra photographs with you just in case.

The Schengen Visa Application Form may be a bit overwhelming at first, but help is available through many sources. The country embassy or consulate as well as the State Department have individuals ready to assist you.

Can a Resident Alien, Work Visa Holder Form a Business Entity in Us?

Most of the resident or non-resident aliens who are aspiring to start a business in US have questions on their eligibility of doing so. The most common question comes to their mind is with their current visa status, can they incorporate a business entity like a Corporation or LLC? Here are the answersa.

A resident or non resident alien can form a business entity in US however it depends on the entity types, and subject to fulfillment of immigration requirements.

For instance H1 and H-1B visa holders who work for a company can form a business entity in US however they cannot receive salary from the same entity. They cannot form an employee employer relationship with any other entity until they get a petition from the current employer to work with other companies and get their H1 or H-1B issued from the new entity. However, the new entity should be eligible to do so.

F1 Visa holders can also create a business entity, but need to form in the name of the person who has a valid visa. They can make investments in the business and can share profits.

An individual with a valid EAD can also start a business and work. EAD allows one to work as an employee and collect salary from the company.

The important point to note here is that a resident or non-resident alien can form LLC, C Corporation but not S Corporation. A shareholder of S Corporation must be either US citizen or a Green Card holder. The best way to determine the type of entity and the incorporation process is to consult www.mybizfiler.com or an attorney.

How To Get Visa Of Canada

How To Get A Green Card And H-1b Visa

How to Obtain Green Card:

There are quite a lot ways to become a permanent inhabitant of the United States. To become one, you have to get a Green Card first. The green card holder can live or work in the United States. Some can become a green card holder by getting sponsors from a family member of theirs or from an employer. Some other can become permanent residents through humanitarian programs.

Getting sponsors from a family member who is a citizen in the U.S is the best way to acquire a green card.

People who come from different countries to work in the U.S try to get permanent resident status by applying for a green card. They would have come to the U.S with a temporary visa.

When trying to get a green card by obtaining sponsor from your employer, there are 3 steps to be kept in mind. They are
·         The Labor Certification Application

·         The Immigrant Petition

·         The Adjustment of the Status

It will approximately take around 2 years to get a green card through sponsorship from the employer.

There is another method to get a green card which is known as the DV lottery system where DV stands for diversity visa. In this program, once in a year green cards are given to approximately 50,000 foreigners on a random basis with the help of a computer program.

One more method to obtain a green card is that you need to marry a U.S citizen. Technically speaking, your spouse is sponsoring you to get a green card.

How to obtain H1B visa:

The H1B visa falls under the non-immigrant category. It is for the temporary workers. To get this visa, your employer should apply a H1B visa petition for you. It allows you to work for that particular employer in the U.S. The main qualification to get a H1B visa is that the visa holder should have done under graduation at least. The visa in its initial stage will allow you to stay in the U.S for 3 years and then you can extend it for another 3 years and not more than that. Each year the number of applications to get H1B visa increases and within that 65,000 applicants will be chosen in a random manner.

Things that H1B visa holder can do:
He/she can invest in the stock market.

He/she can purchase lottery tickets and also can buy or sell properties in the U.S.

The visa is subject to approval. The applicant should have passport. They have to fill the form and appear for an interview at the nearest US consulate in their country.

To be able to get this Australian parent visa, the parent must have a child who is settled in Australia either as a citizen, a permanent resident or as an eligible New Zealand citizen. Furthermore, the Balance of Family test must also be passed such that half the children must be permanent residents in Australia or there should be more children permanently residing in Australia than in any other overseas single country.

To become a sponsor for this Australian visa, one must give a written undertaking that he or she is willing and able to provide support, accommodation and financial assistance to the applicant as well as any other accompanying dependent for the first two years of residency.

Once this visa for Australia is granted, it allows the aged parent and any dependents to work and study in Australia. They will also have access to subsidized health care via the Medicare and the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme. After a two-year waiting period, he or she may be able to access social security payments. This Australian parent visa also renders the recipient eligible to apply for Australian citizen ship subject to residency eligibility criteria.

One important thing to note, it generally takes a longer time to process an Australian visa application for non-contributory parent visas such as this one. They may have to wait many years before the Australian visa is granted.

Work Visa For Canada From Pakistan

Mumbai Attacks Truth Uncovered

The drama of Mumbai attack is now badly failed and proves to be an extreme embarrassment for the Indians. Poor Indians were completely convinced that the attacks were planned and executed through Pakistani intelligence agency the a ISIa and aLashkar e Talibana a Kashmiri Militant group allegedly having ties with Pakistan's Army.

To get complete picture of the situation I would want the readers to read the following reports carefully because every word of these reports stands important and would act as a clear proof that Indians have got themselves trapped in an ugly situation where they cannot claim that Mumbai attack was an outside job!!

I have purposely selected the Indian source for my claims here to validate the claim I would make over here.

Report No. 1 - Important Witness

Everyone seems to know Anamika Gupta at the bustling Leopold Cafe, now an even more famous landmark of Colaba in south Mumbai salaams from waiters, nods from the manager and even greetings from some of the regulars.

Are her repeated trips back to Leopold -- where she took three bullets on November 26 last year -- catharsis? She shrugs dispassionately, not agreeing nor disagreeing.

"Maut ko hum ne kareeb se dekha hain. Main zindagi guzaar rahi hoon. Kal kis ne dekha hai (I have seen death at close quarters. I am living my life. Who has seen tomorrow?)? I could have died. But I am here?! Life is bull s--t. There is finally nothing."

Anamika's take on life, since miraculously surviving 26/11, swings between the cheerfully brave, the dramatic and then the mildly morose. Life for her will never be the same again.

"I am a beautician. I have to be on my feet for eight hours or more. Now I can't sit for even six hours," she says.

She no longer works as a beautician and exists on a monthly income she receives from one of the 26/11 funds -- the 26/11 Mumbai Terror Attack Survivors Support and Rehabilitation Project sponsored by the Tatas.

Her injury, a massive and angry swathe across her stomach, her doctor says, will take another six months to heal. "I used to be beautiful. I was conscious of my figure. Now, that all is over. I am a beautician (she says again) so naturally I think beauty is important. Of course, beauty is in the heart too. But your figure is also important. When I see my body in the mirror I wonder who will marry me."

What upsets Anamika more, right now, is her recent interaction with the police. On November 5, 6 and 7, Anamika was called to the Mumbai police commissioner's office to re-record, she says, her original statement that she gave, wounded from her bed at the J J Hospital last year.

She was called to re-record her statement after an interview she granted the local Lemon television network, which aired November 2.

Anamika feels the police do not take her evidence seriously because they think she is seeking publicity. "They are saying I am after TRPs (Television Rating Points, which indicates how popular a television program is. I am surviving myself. Does the police commissioner have a bullet? I don't mind if they harass me, but they call up my brother, my mother and my sister-in-law and harass them."

She says she had given the exact same evidence to the police last year and they did not take cognizance of it. She says it was conveyed to her that much of her information was not needed.

Anamika said she told them, "I saw the terrorists who attacked Leopold Cafe two days before 26/11. It was 1.30 am. I used to live in Colaba market near Dr Modi's clinic (close to Nariman House). I saw four people leave Nariman House and get on two motorcycles and go to Delhi Darbar (a restaurant near the Regal cinema in south Mumbai). I am a chain smoker and I went out to buy cigarettes at the cigarette wallahthat stays opens very late in front of Delhi Darbar. I love beautiful bikes so I noticed them. They werebeauuutifulbikes. And one of the boys was very good looking, so I noticed him. And one had long hair. Kasab (Ajmal Kasab, the lone terrorist captured after the attacks) has long hair."

"On 26/11 I noticed them again sitting at a table in Leopold. I told my friend Sarika 'See there is that samechikna (good looker)we saw the other day. I clicked his snap on my cell phone pretending I was taking Sarika's picture. But my cell phone got lost. They were sitting at that table (she points to the table next to the door facing the main road) and having beer. Bullshit they did not drink!"

"I mistook them for Israelis. I thought they were some tourists roaming around because Mumbai is a nice place and it is a good season now. One of them was very handsome. The other was bald, with dirty lips and dirty, up-down teeth."

For Anamika spotting these men earlier is not in the least surprising. Though a bit chilling. "How is it possible that just 10 people did this attack? How did they know that there was a lane to the Taj next to Leopold? And that one could enter there?"

She firmly feels it is logical that they did a survey of the area from a few days before and that was how she spotted them in and around Colaba.

Being a witness at Leopold that night did not give the 26/11 investigators sufficient reason to bring her to court. She was not called to depose in the Kasab trial. "Do you know that the police does not even know where I got injured?"

Anamika is grappling with a series of difficulties. She received her compensation of Rs 150,000 from the government promptly and is working out how she can start her own beauty salon so she can have something to do with her time.

But it is the health troubles that niggled. The bullets were all removed but she lives with a succession of splinters inside her. "I have a sinus problem. Sometimes when I cough there is blood. My wound often pains. Mentally I am not prepared."

We are sitting just two tables away from the critical spot where Anamika was sitting at on November 26 (where she often comes back and sits for a meal). She tells you that the terrorist duo, after drinking beer in Leopold, split up after leaving the cafe. One stationed himself at the door looking out into the lane going up to the Taj Mahal Palace and Tower hotel. The other stood at the door facing the neighborhood's main thoroughfare, Colaba Causeway, and mercilessly fired in.

"It took a few minutes for me to realize: He is a terrorist and Bombay is having a terrorist attack."

Shortly after that she was shot and succeeded in agonizingly dragging herself first to the police station, where she was apparently given no help, and later to the popular, Tony Indigo restaurant where she awaited an ambulance, all the while conscious.

"The manager there was trying to help. But he was also worried about protecting his restaurant and was busy turning off the lights, shutting down the restaurant and said an ambulance would come. At 11.30 (a bystander who helped the victims) Felix Ambrose came and like a baby carrying a child he picked me up and carried me to a taxi and took me to the hospital."

"The doctor there -- a Dr Gupta -- was very good. It was a big miracle. Janata (the people) is beautiful in Bombay. Thejanataalways helps!"

Report No. 2 - Suspects outside India

How did terror suspect David Headley get a visa to India? What documents did he provide to establish his identity?

Uncovering this will be tough since it's now official that Headley's papers have gone missing from the Indian Consulate in Chicago which granted Headley his visa. Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao has written to the Consulate asking for an explanation.

The missing papers are the latest in a mystery that tends to get deeper and darker everyday. At the heart of India's concerns are suspicions that Headley was originally a CIA agent who switched sides and then planned the 26/11 attacks in Mumbai with the Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT).

Headley, a US national who left Pakistan with his mother as a teenager, was arrested in Chicago by the FBI in October.

NDTV has reported extensively on whether Headley started out working for the Americans. These reports have been brought up in Parliament, with CPM MP Brinda Karat asking why America is not allowing India access to Headley. In a Chicago court, US prosecutors have charged Headley with plotting the 26/11 attacks as an undercover agent of the LeT.

Headley made multiple trips to India before 26/11. He allegedly took photographs and videos of the four sites that would later come under siege by Pakistani terrorists.

Indian sources are unhappy that despite these charges, Indian officials have not been allowed to meet Headley. America has also said that it's "too premature" to discuss Headley's possible extradition to India after his US trial is completed.

What's more worrying for India is that America's surveillance of Headley began in September last year, before the 26/11 attacks. Yet, no information on him was shared with India. America clearly had specific intelligence reports about the possibility of Mumbai hotels being targeted by terrorists - the Taj was mentioned in the warning passed onto India. But Headley did not figure in this alert.

Worse, India was not told about Headley even when he visited the country in March this year, supposedly to plan a new round of terror attacks. Instead, America waited till after Headley's arrest to share intelligence on him.

Sources say India suspects that Headley was enrolled as a spy after he was arrested for smuggling heroin in 1988. Did America then use him to infiltrate Pakistan's narcotics underworld? And did Headley use that as a cover to start working for Pakistani terrorists against India? Questions that now have India questioning whether America has shared everything it knows about a man named Daood Gilani who morphed into David Coleman Headley

Report No. 3 - Shocking denial from Ajmal Kasab

MUMBAI: In a dramatic twist to the 26/11 terror attacks case, main accused Mohammad Ajmal Kasab on Friday retracted from his earlier statementand claimed he was forcibly made to confess.

Denying all charges against him, Kasab said the statement was made under duress.

Kasab today claimed before a special court that he was arrested on the night of November 25 and that he was falsely implicated in the 26/11 case.

"On the night of November 25, I was roaming in Juhu. I had gone to see a movie when the local police arrested me," Kasab told the court.

He also told the court that he was arranging for a house in Mumbai.

"I had a passport and I'm not the first one to come from Pakistan to Juhu area. I was arranging for a house here. The local police first arrested me and then handed me over to the crime branch," he said.

The Pakistani gunman also said in court today he had met US-based Lashkar-e-Taiba operative David Coleman Headley in jail some time after the attacks.

The lone captured terrorist further said that on November 27, he was produced before a magistrate who then took his custody.

"I have not given any confession before the magistrate and my statement has been falsely implicated," Kasab added.

"I was not present at VT," said Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab, referring to Victoria Terminus, the former name of Mumbai's main railway station where he is accused of opening fire on November 26.

"I do not know what has happened. Witnesses have come and recognized me because my face looks similar to the terrorists," he told the judge at the special prison court in Mumbai where he is on trial.

Kasab claimed that "The police have killed the main accused who resembles me and they told me that his name was Abu Ali."

"I am his look alike. His height and face resembles mine," Kasab said.

"That is why I was picked up. I have been framed," he added, speaking in Hindi.

Kasab, who claimed that he was 20 years old, also denied that he was with Abu Ismail during the attack at CST (VT Station).

He rejected the evidence of a witness, Bharat Tamore, that he was seen with 10 terrorists at Badhwar Park when they got down from a dinghy there.

Kasab said that "do baatein bolkar katham karna chaahtha hoon, aaj bhi mujhe bolne ka mauka nahin mila tho..." (I want to finish by saying two lines, if I don't get a chance to speak then...)

The judge cut him short and told him that he had to answer questions the court put to him.

Kasab disagreed with Tamore's version that he had seen the 10 terrorists at Badhwar Park wearing saffron jackets and carrying bags on their back and also a handbag.

Tamore had told the judge in his evidence that he saw two of the 10 terrorists closely and that Kasab was one of them.

Several questions were put to Kasab based on the evidences given by witnesses.

Asked about the dinghy, Kasab said that he did not know anything about the dingy. "I saw the dingy for the first time in the court," he said.

The case of the prosecution is that the terrorists had reached Mumbai via the dingy.

The lone surviving terrorist captured by the police during the Mumbai attacks was scheduled to give a statement today on evidence introduced against him by the prosecution for his alleged role in the 26/11 terror attacks.

Kasab had made three confessions after his arrest. One was admission of guilt before police soon after his arrest, the other confession was made before a magistrate which is admissible as evidence and the third one was in the trial court when the accused accepted his guilt partially.

Clearly Kasab has decided not to stick to any of these confessions when the court recorded his version today.

Summing up

Gathering the revelations of three reports rendered here, following points are extremely important to be noticed.

  1. As Anamika stated that according to Report No. 1 above, she saw Ajmal before the Mumbai attacks. It means that if Ajmal was really the terrorist India suspects for so long, he was in Mumbai well before the attacks were carried out.
  1. Ajmal Kasab's fresh statement which gave a serious shock to the whole Indian nation. Ajmal stated that he was in Mumbai on a valid Passport and was looking for a residence in Juhu area and was caught upon resemblance to the real terrorist also validates the claim of Anamika that she saw Ajmal well before the attacks happened. But if the second possibility is analyzed that Anamika may had seen the real terrorists few days before Mumbai attacks then the Indian claim that the assassins came from sea side and started attacking the civilians becomes null and void.
  1. Since last few months the case of American Citizen of Pakistan origin with the name of David Coleman Headly and his Canadian friend Tahwer Hussain Rana's alleged involvement in Mumbai attacks was greatly hyped by the Indian media. The involvement of both these persons was taken as great achievement but unfortunately for Indians the situation turned out to extremely embarrassing when on raising the question of how these people were allowed visas to visit India frequently, the Indian Consulate in California could not provide the papers filed by Headly with his application for issuance of Visa. Till now there is no clue of the papers which were believed to be strong evidence that how Indian Government provided visa to him and on what reasons. India also raises the question of involvement of CIA in sending David Coleman Headly to India and the reports have also surfaced that Coleman worked as under cover double agent for CIA and Lashkar's operatives.

Conclusion

In the light of above shocking revelations, the whole Drama of Mumbai attacks lands with the clear notion that the real culprits and planners are definitely got connections on the Indian soil and the chain of involvement runs from Indian Consulate in Chicago to the higher authorities in India and in American CIA. The motives were clear behind those attacks which were definitely carried out to defame Pakistan, blame ISI for cross border terrorism and build a strong reason for any Military action against Pakistan. By the Grace of Allah Almighty, the drama of Mumbai attacks came back to Indians as a flop movie with embarrassing climax.

In present situation India would definitely act as an injured wolf and would try any thing worse to hurt Pakistan through Military action. Government of Pakistan and Army in particular should formulate a coordinated action in view of the present developments. It is a real success of Pakistani media, Government and our national pride The Pakistan Army that Indian conspiracy has been completely unfolded and the world has a better opportunity to understand that how far India can go to badly stab Pakistan.

It should also be noticed that India is very reluctant to accept any local involvement in the Mumbai attacks and quickly rejects any question to allow international agencies to investigate the motives behind the attacks which took many innocent lives. There is a strong understanding that without local involvement the attacks of such a magnitude were not possible. India is very puzzled because if any international agency would jump into these investigations, the local hands particularly behind the killing of brave Chief of Anti Terrorism Squad who is believed to be the prime target of the Mumbai attacks. The strings of Mumbai attacks definitely connect to the insiders like Col Purohit who is under arrest under the charges of involvement in Malegaon blasts. It is needed that the recent developments should be capitalized by the Pakistani Government and the media to clear the dirt thrown on the face of our country by the Indians.

I would urge the media and the nation to highlight the present developments with full force because we cannot miss this opportunity to show to the world the real bad face of India.

How To Get Canadian Visa

How to Get a Firearms License in Canada

Most North Americans may have forgotten that on January, 2000 President Bill Clinton proposed new legislation that would have required all American citizens to obtain a federal gun license. American handgun owners were outraged, as well as manufacturers, dealers and more than a few members of the U.S. Congress.

Although this national-level law would have been something new for the U.S., Canada was already under a countrywide gun law. On December 1, 1998 the Canada Firearms Act of 1995 was finally in full effect. The law in Canada requires that all citizens must have a Possession and Acquisition Licenses (PAL). Canadian gun owners quickly became very familiar with the extra license that they now had to have.

There is a comparatively extensive background check that is run on anyone looking to obtain a gun license in Canada. This helps to eliminate the potential threat from people who have been convicted of a previous gun crime. Also, any persons with a history of certain serious crimes or convictions, and those with mental health issues, have a little chance of receiving a gun license in Canada.

Classes of Firearms as per Canadian Legislation
Normally, an individual in Canada will have an access to only first two of three possible classes of firearms, because Prohibited one is closed for all individuals since 1995 in Canada unless it is agrandfathereda.

Non-restricted firearms (longguns) are ordinary hunting and sporting rifles and shotguns with an overall length of 660mm or greater. If it is a center-fire semi-automatic firearm, the barrel length must be at least 18.5 in (470mm) to qualify as non-restricted. Certain firearms, although they meet the above criteria, have been classified as "restricted" or "prohibited" by order-in-council.

Restricted firearms (handguns) include all pistols and revolvers with barrel length not less than 4.14 in. (105 mm). Again, some exceptions will apply. An Authorization to Transport (ATT permit) is required to move a restricted firearm from the location where the firearm is registered.

Prohibited (fully automatic firearms, handguns with barrel lengths under 4.14 in. (105mm), or chambered in .25 or .32) and a variety of other firearms which have been classified as "prohibited" by Chief Firearms Officer of Canada.

Antique or new, it's the same
Canada has a population of 31 million people, a little more than one-tenth the U.S. counts. The authorities have, at times, based the number of guns that collectors may have in their possession on notions of population density and apotential impact.a These sorts of restrictions also apply to sportsmen and target shooters, which are categories of gun owners that Canadian Authorities often consider to be covers for people who simply want to own weapons. This is because Canadians must demonstrate a reason to own a gun beyond wanting it for simple self-defense.
In sum, all Canadian firearms owners must have all of their guns registered. This means every gun that is in their possession, no matter the age or the operating condition of the weapon. It is a mandatory rule enforced by the Canadian Firearms Act. Finally, if a Canadian citizen loans a gun to another licensed individual, they must loan the registration certificate as well. If a citizen is caught without registration of their firearms, the guns will be seized and criminal charges may be filed.

Common Purposes of Acquiring of Guns
Most common purposes of acquiring of firearms by Canadian residents usually will be limited to shooting as sports and hunting activity. After those, employment needs will arise and only after it such needs as protection of your personal life or somebody else's life.

Last ones, although will be absolutely legal purposes, but will never be broadly and directly supported by Canadian Law, as for example, as it is supported in United States.

Magazine Capacity Limits
Under magazine capacity maximal physical number of the cartridges in the magazine of firearm is understood.

Canadian Government, as any other one as well, will apply federal magazine capacity limits to some certain firearms, meant for civil market use to be all the time stronger in any possible situations of confrontation.

For example, any non-semi-automatic shotguns will be completely unlimited, although any semi-automatic and center-fire firearm will be a subject to only maximum 5 cartridges physically in its magazine.

Any handgun meant for civil use (such as target practicing) will be a subject to 10 rounds in its magazine.

The Examination
Applicants must pass an examination that is given in two parts, a written portion and a practical one. The written test contains multiple choice and true/false questions, most of which are fairly basic, but there will be some tricky questions as well. Therefore, applicants are encouraged to take Canadian Firearms Safety Course (CFSC) and/or Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course (CRFSC) made available through the list of affiliated instructors/examiners.

The practical portion of the exam, of course, is intended to demonstrate your familiarity with the various actions and operations of guns, and main accents will be made on a safe handling of firearms and its ammunition. The goal is to ensure that you can confirm that a firearm is safe whenever you so much as touch it, much less discharge it. The examiners will want to see that you can operate the gun safely: control muzzle direction at all times, locate and engage the safeties, check magazine and the chamber, verify feeding paths, ensure that the bore is clear of any possible obstructions.

After the tests, and notification that you have passed, you will progress to the next step, the actual application process. It is a good idea to learn from the experience of others, so do some Internet research, talk to licensed gun owners, get all the Canadian government information that is available and do your homework in order to avoid any paperwork errors, which can delay or even derail your gun ownership plans in Canada.

Mandatory Waiting Period
Canadian Government has chosen a North American way of conducting of the application process in order to get Federal Firearms Licence for individuals.

Because of the fact that in both countries there is a high level of firearms-related suicides, and unfortunately in Canada it is not just high, but it is a lion's share (about 81% versus 14% of homicides and just 5% of accidents) Canadian Government applies a provision of the law, being Mandatory Waiting Period.

If in United States you could have heard about the so called alaw of ten daysa, Canadian Federal Government applies Mandatory Waiting Period about three times longer being 28 days, which applies to any applicant with no exception.

Your application packages will be held for 28 days on purpose by the Federal Government in order to give an additional time for an applicant to acool downa, just in case he/she wants to use newly purchased firearm against himself or anybody else.

That is why an application process in Canada for PAL License takes about standard one and a half month for an actual license to arrive in mail.

The aspousal notificationa rules

As if acquiring the license wasn't enough, there are other steps that need to be followed before you could even apply for one. Under the law, all Canadians who are planning to apply for a gun license must have their current and/or former spouse or common-law (from the past two years at a minimum) sign the application form, as well.

Any refusal from a spouse, for any reason whatsoever, will result in an investigation by local authorities. In addition to that, the Canadian government has also established the aspousal notificationa information line. 1-800-731-4000 is a toll-free number that a spouse can call to express any concerns about an applicant, or report any alleged crimes that may not be in the legal records.

How To Get Canadian Tourist Visa

How Long Does it Take to Get an Expedited Passport?

If you apply for standard processing, your passport application will probably take at least 6 weeks to process. To ensure that you have an adequate margin of error, most travel experts recommend you apply even further ahead of time than that.

While it's best to plan ahead, not everyone has the opportunity of doing so. If you don't have 6 to 8 weeks to wait, you can get your passport expedited. But how long will that take?

The answer depends on what method you use to expedite your passport. The Department if State's standard expedited service can reduce processing time to about 3 weeks. To get this service, request expedited service when you apply and pay an additional $60 fee. It's also recommended that you pay $14.95 to get your passport sent back to you via overnight mail, and that you use an overnight service to send your passport application to the Department of State as well.

If you're leaving in 2 weeks or less of you are leaving in 4 weeks or less but need your passport back ASAP to apply for a foreign visa, you can make an appointment at one of the 21 regional passport agencies in the United States. A passport agency office will generally have your passport ready within 24 hours. However, since there are 21 only offices in the entire country, you may have to travel a bit to reach one.

If making an appointment at a passport agency is impractical or inconvenient, you may want to consider using a private expediting company instead. The best expedited services can get your passport application processed in 24 hours, but remember to factor in the time to mail the application to them and for them to mail it back. You'll also have to pay a fee to the company to use this service, in addition to what you are already paying the government. Still, in many cases using a private company is simply the easiest way to get an expedited passport.

How the Canadian and American Media Unjustly & Negatively Affects Tourism, the Working Man's Economy and Real Estate in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

By: William McFadden; a Canadian expat, business owner, working & residing in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, May 8, 2009

Living in Puerto Vallarta for over eight years; I have seen during that time how some of the media in the USA and Canada will pick up on anything negative that happens in Mexico. They then glamorize it into a news release that makes people reading or viewing the reports, think that Mexico is a very undesirable place to visit or live. I have lived in what would be considered a relatively safe place in Canada, that being Edmonton, Alberta, for 31 years prior to moving to Puerto Vallarta. I can tell you that Edmonton is by far a more dangerous place to live than Puerto Vallarta. It seems the media has a fascination for sensationalizing anything that occurs in Mexico and this reflects in the fact that Americans and Canadians are uncomfortable about visiting or retiring in Mexico. Puerto Vallarta, in contrast, is a virtual Paradise.

Most recently; the combination of the World's Financial Crisis, Swine Flu (HINI), corruption in the government and the negative publicity concerning the internal fight against the Drug lords have had an extremely bad economic effect on Mexico: an effect that is mostly unjustified. This article will present a very different viewpoint for most parts of Mexico. This is not to say that I believe there are areas in Mexico where I would not live while having the same freedoms and comfort in the safety as in Puerto Vallarta. Having lived and worked in Puerto Vallarta as a business owner, realtor & architect for over eight years, I can attest to much of what I am about to report:

1. World Financial Crisis: Mexico and Puerto Vallarta are certainly affected in a very significant manner from this downturn. The resale and pre-construction real estate market has not come to a standstill but is certainly down by perhaps 85 to 90% by volume from the previous year. In the re-sale market, there are very good deals to be had on a hit and miss basis. Most properties are owned in Puerto Vallarta without mortgages and the cost of maintaining a property here is very low compared to the USA and Canada. If an Owner does not need the equity they have in a property, there is not a very significant financial drain by owning the property. Effectively the deals are from those that have a property here and need the equity elsewhere, be it in Canada or the USA and are often deeply discounting prices to obtain the equity they require. Other owners who are not in a financial pinch are simply riding out the economic downturn for good reason as they know the prices will rebound. This is currently a Buyer's market and for those properties that are selling, the sales prices are generally in the 2006 to 2007 market levels. Since this a popular tourist and retirement destination, these people are being quite wise. A few things to consider concerning owning property in Puerto Vallarta are:

a. Property taxes are a mere fraction of what they are in the USA and Canada. Currently in Puerto Vallarta, they are approximately 0.001 of the assessed tax value, which is generally lower than the market value. In my opinion, this will probably remain so as, although the cities and governments in Mexico need capital for development, the majority of the Nationals are still poor and cannot afford to have the property taxes increase significantly and the governments know this. The government cannot simply impose large increases to a population that does not have the money to pay for these increases. The result is a very significant benefit to a foreign owner as they also do not have to pay large property taxes and they can be relatively assured this will not change very quickly;

b. Puerto Vallarta has not seen, outside of the few properties mentioned above, the deep devaluation of real estate values as has been seen in many parts of the USA. There is good reason for this:

i. Puerto Vallarta is a very desirable location for a second home or even a place to retire to. One can live here very economically. It has an ideal semi-tropical climate even in the summer for those that can take a little heat and humidity. This is much easier to take than the minus 35 winter weather in parts of Canada;

ii. Most owners know that Puerto Vallarta will recover rapidly as the world comes out of recession so unless they are themselves in a financial crisis, why should they offer deep discounts for selling their properties?

iii. Puerto Vallarta is one of the safest places to live in the world, has very good flight connections to many locations in both the USA and Canada, provides almost a guarantee as to what to expect in the weather, has wonderful medical and dental care, has a myriad of charitable options for foreigners to get involved in should they want to assist Mexico's developing nature and has so many options for lifestyle.

2. The Drug War: There has been extreme negative publicity concerning the effective warfare between drug lord families trying to get control of this multi-billion dollar illegal business. Locally in Puerto Vallarta, there were some Drug Families that tried to move into Vallarta. The Federal and State Governments sent in the army and have made it very clear that Puerto Vallarta is a very significant tourist and foreign retirement community and they do not want to have the Drug Lord families playing havoc with that. This action has put a pretty good lid on this problem. Like any area, be it in the USA, Canada or Mexico, if one stays away from buying and participating in drug use, the area is extremely safe. In my past life of 31 years in Edmonton, Alberta, where there are drive by shootings and gang related crimes I have found that this is virtually unheard of the Puerto Vallarta. To give you a sense of what it is like to live here, please review the following:

a. I would not be concerned if my wife walked alone in most public areas of Puerto Vallarta, even in the middle of the night. She owned a restaurant for two years and frequently left to come home at 2:00 in the morning without an escort and nothing ever concerned her. In Edmonton, Alberta, I would not be comfortable with that even if both of us were together;

b. Most of the dangerous crime areas are around the Mexican/USA border which is the area that Hillary Clinton recently acknowledged that the USA is very connected to the cause of this problem. In her statements she said if it was not for the market for drugs in the USA, there would not be a problem with the smuggling of weapons and money from the USA to Mexico and conversely for the smuggling of drugs into the USA from Mexico. This acknowledgement has paved the way, in my opinion, for both the Mexican and USA governments to work cooperatively to fix this problem;

c. In Puerto Vallarta, like in any city in North America, there is an illegal drug trafficking business and like most cities if you choose not to participate, you live generally unaware of the problem and have a peaceful life unaffected by the problem. I have seen extremely unfair journalism concerning how bad Mexico is to visit while very little reporting is being done on the local problems that all cities have. An example would be reporting on how a USA or Canadian was killed while out partying. I look at this and realize how some tourists simply do not use common sense about how they party, where they party and how they act. In any country one must keep a sense of courtesy toward the local people and use common sense concerning how they act. Do the newsmakers report that when there is a brutal killing in Detroit that this should mean that people should avoid visiting the United States? No!!! but that would be a good comparative to use. The Canadian and USA news should report that it is a good idea to act civilly when you are a tourist in a foreign country, be it Mexico or Russia and keep your head about you so you will not get into trouble. I have seen too many tourists come to Mexico and think they can treat the Nationals with disdain and without respect. Mexican's are, for the most part, a very friendly people and are happy to assist tourists to have a good time. Most tourists are wonderful, come to have a rest and a good time and accomplish this. For those that are uncivil and get into trouble, where is the reporting on how tourists act and how they should act? The reporting should be telling people to keep their heads when they travel, keep away from getting too drunk that you lose your senses and definitely stay away from getting involved with drugs. Then you will most likely have a wonderful holiday.

3. Swine Flu: Another element that has crippled Mexico's economy recently is this flu which has created hysteria worldwide. Mexico acted with incredible integrity for the world in that they reported the disease and made all sorts of closures of businesses and schools to help contain this potential Pandemic. In the end, the flu has turned out to relatively minor with few deaths outside of Mexico and in reality about 100 deaths inside Mexico. This number represents cases when the disease was not known and people thinking it was only a common flu did not get treated on time. Major underlying chronic diseases also had a lot to do with the deaths. The number of deaths has been reduced significantly over the last few days due to better information acquired and all the preventive measures taken by the Mexican government. The majority of infections in Mexico have taken place in Mexico City and central states with zero cases in most Pacific states including the city of Puerto Vallarta. The international news now is a.. wait until this flu virus mutates and comes back again with a vengeance in the fall!!! How do they know this and what does it now have to do with Mexico. This influenza virus is now all over the world and if it does mutate, it could mutate anywhere in the world. I bet if you asked people about this, they still relate the potential problem to Mexico. In all probability this may well again be a mild flu causing insignificant deaths compared to the annual death toll from influenza related diseases. Unfortunately, the public perception will probably take time to waiver and Mexico will be unjustly punished in the meantime.

4. Government Corruption: Mexico is a developing nation, moving from the being a third world country to a developing nation and in time a fully developed industrial country. Some of its' primary assets are people, wonderful tourist destinations, a very rich culture and a people who are mostly pleased to welcome and make the tourists and retirees comfortable in being here. There is a history of corruption at all government levels and this will not be negated overnight. There has been a tremendous improvement even in the eight plus years that I have been here. Keep in mind also that this is a developing nation and is not as polished as the United States or Canada. I don't imagine that anyone in the USA and/or Canada could say that their governments do not have a lot of corruption as well but not as blatant. This problem should not tarnish Mexico with regards to tourism or buying a piece of property.

This covers the primary points & opinions that I have and wanted to express at this time. Puerto Vallarta has been our little piece of Paradise for over eight years and before that for another six years of frequent visits for quality of life, a wonderful work environment and I would invite anyone including the media to contact me for further information, to invest in dialogue about this wonderful place or to dispute what I have reported.
