They are not allowed to take paid employment during this period of three months, and they may have to show a return ticket and provide proof of sufficient financial resources to cover their stay in Finland.

If you want to live in Finland than you have to require a residence permit from the office of the regional government. Generally stays lasting longer than three months, or as part of the work or study in Finland, it will be a work or residence permit. The Finnish immigration authorities will make an assessment about your work permit, as there are sufficient skilled people already living in Finland, which could take on the job you are applying. They must also choose whether or not the skills essential for positions are expert to merit a work permit.
